The team and Gena were so amazing! We were able to bring in an heirloom wedding band that everyone else said couldn’t be resized, and they delivered! The ring looks brand new and we couldn’t be happier to give it a new life. The atmosphere was welcoming, fun, and unpretentious. Thanks for making our day, and we’ll definitely be back!

Sander was wonderful to work with from start to finish! The quality of what Alchemy carries is excellent and the custom work the team does is top notch. We bought an engagement ring and two wedding bands from Alchemy and love them all. Plus they re-worked some old jewelry into beautiful earrings and helped my wife repair an old family heirloom ring. Highly recommend working with Sander and the Alchemy team!

Sander and the jeweler who did the sizing for our rings were super kind, offered professional service, and are very knowledgeable. I am not a ring wearer but I recently got married and they sized my wifes rings and my wedding band. I did notice my wedding ring was slightly too tight when I contacted them they asked me if I was wanted to come in at that moment. Which I love and they sized it correctly the 2nd time on spot in a few minutes for no extra charge. I highly recommend Alchemy.

Not only did the wonderful people at Alchemy do a beautiful job reworking my rings, they were also amazingly welcoming, kind and fun to work with. Jennifer is fantastic, as is the whole team. Could not recommend more enthusiastically!

My husband recently brought my (impossibly) tangled necklace in, hoping that we’d have some luck getting it fixed. Not only did they get the necklace untangled, they stayed late and made my husband feel comfortable while he waited. My husband came home with not only a fixed necklace (that gave such relief as the piece was sentimental to me), but was also left impressed with the store and the staff. And now after he’s described some of the pieces he saw, I’m sure we’ll be back so I can see them in person!!!

I got my fiance's engagement ring from Alchemy and I don't think the experience could have gone any better. Gina worked with us every step of the way and she was so passionate, helpful, and educational throughout the entire process. Her communication was next level as well. After shopping around at a couple of places it was quickly evident that I wanted to do business with Alchemy and Gina. My fiance and I are thrilled with the outcome. Highly recommend!

I had the most amazing customer experience of my life working with the team at Alchemy! I was able to book an appointment right away and the care and expertise they offered for my ring was unmatched. After getting a quote I even checked out and called a couple other places but headed right back to Alchemy when I realized that they were kinder and more confident (i.e. skilled) jewelers. Jennifer handled my gold plated (albeit priceless to me) piece with the care that a truly priceless piece would deserve. I felt so good about leaving my ring in their hands and they returned it to me looking better than brand new in no time. Many jewelers in Portland only work with precious metals and stones but the team at Alchemy took on my project with incredible skill for the same price if not better than other local jewelers. I’m so, so, so pleased! Try on rings with Gina while you wait, you won’t regret it! Thank you endlessly to the whole team, especially Xander for making such a good impression on me that I just had to come back!

My partner and I have absolutely loved our experience at Alchemy! We first visited to shop for my engagement ring and recently returned to design a wedding band for my partner. We had the pleasure of working with Sander both times, and we really appreciated his knowledge, patience, and care throughout the process. We had a lot of questions, and never felt rushed into making a decision. It has also been so fun to stop in to have my ring polished and update them on our wedding plans! The personal component, alongside the great selection and wonderful staff, has made for such a positive experience. We're so grateful to have found Alchemy during such a meaningful time in our lives, and we couldn't recommend them more!

I initially accompanied my niece and fiancé to look for a wedding band. While I was there I asked if they could make my wedding band bigger, must’ve gained weight from 17 years ago😂. Not only did they size it up, they polished it and made it look better than the day I got married! Gina and Sarah were so attentive to our needs and communicated flawlessly. Oh and my niece purchased a gorgeous wedding band as well! Highly recommend if you are in need of not only a high quality jeweler, but excellent customer service as well!

Wonderful experience designing a custom engagement ring! Turned out even better than I could have imagined! Gina communicated everything every step of the way down to the tiniest details. My now fiancé is absolutely in love with it and will be back for jewelry in the future!
